Holidays bring families together which, let’s face it,  can bring out the worst in the best of us.

Why is it that you are an accomplished, successful grown up everywhere on the planet yet the minute you are around your family, you become that 10 year old kid no one listens to?

Family dynamics are complicated dances and can push every button in your body.  What’s an otherwise sane and rational person to do?

You know you can’t change anyone except yourself, so how about trying on a new perspective?  What if you take the meaning of the holidays to heart and just let it all go?

When your mother in law criticizes your cooking, what would happen if you smiled and let it roll off your back?  Imagine her surprise!
